Custom made wall hanging
Made for an attorney's office in Deming NM.
Semi precious stones that we used are:
Amethysts, jasper, obsidian, sodalite, ricolite serpentine and agate.
Also used are some crushed glass to fill color to make more brilliant.
You can see more details in the picture to the left.
We painted the background then carefully placed
the stones in the colors to make the scene.
The background is layered in three parts to make
a 3D effect. After it was finished we poured three
coats of resin for the finish. Larry made the frame
from old church pews.
